The Tampa Hillsborough Expressway Authority (THEA) along with New York City (NYC) and the Wyoming Department of Transportation (WyDOT) were selected by the U.S. DOT to implement, deploy, operate and maintain a connected-vehicle (CV) pilot deployment focusing on vehicle-to-infrastructure (V2I) applications.
